SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):
One paper MCQ Type Written Test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. The syllabus is as under:-
a) Qualification Related Questions: (80%)
i. Code of Civil Procedure 1908.
ii. Punjab Civil Servants (Conduct) Rules, 1966.
iii. Rules and Orders of the Lahore High Court, Lahore. (Volume – IV)
iv. The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
v. The Punjab Civil Servant Act, 1974.
vi. The Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1974.
vii. The Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006.
viii. The Punjab Upper Age Limit Relaxation Service Rules, 1976.
b) General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies (20%)
Everyday Science, Basic Mathematics, Urdu, English, and Computer Skills.
IMPORTANT NOTE:-
1. Candidates are directed to opt Venue/Centre carefully. No request of Centre and Venue Change will be accepted by the Commission at any stage.
2. Special Person Candidates, who require Writer / Helper at the time of Written Test, must furnish a written request to the Secretary, PPSC Head Office, Lahore up to closing date. Helper / Writer will be provided as per request only. No request after the closing date will be accepted.
