CEO Job Description
The CEO will be required to setup and operationalize a new company for marketing and production of defence related articles and ensure a seamless transition from old production facilities to new facility being setup. Besides execution of routine functioning of the company. he will be responsible to BoD and shall keep it informed as to the operation, activities and status of the Company at all times.
He will also be required to provide BoD with periodic reports and updates as per outlined policies and procedures. Additionally, he will be required to ensure that copies of monthly profit and loss accounts are provided to the BoD biannually. The CEO shalt annually prepare and submit to BoD, for approval, its financial position, future targets and an Annual Budget for the next Business Year.

Qualification:
Engr Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace & Avionics) from HEC recognized university, Smooth & profitable functioning of the company to customers’ satisfaction with lean, efficient and cost effective solutions. Must be familiar with Aviation and Mil Standards.
Skills:
Effective command & control with good situational awareness, market intelligence and strategic business vision. Qualitative & quantitative production capability to ensure timely deliveries & capitalize on business opportunities pre-emptively.
Experience
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience with at least 05 years at senior management level of any defense products oriented company / organization dealing in the production / maintenance / marketing of the company product line related to defense sector. Armed forces experience will be preferred. Well conversant with defense sector regulations related to security & procurements.
