Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC) has been established under Section (42) of Companies Ordinance 1984, (now companies Act 2017) with a vision to modernize the Solid Waste Management, lifting, and disposal in Multan city including the provision of a clean and healthy environment to citizens of Multan city. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: Jobs in Multan Waste Management May 2021

• 16 Years of qualification in Business Administration in HR/Executive. With the additional qualifications of LLB I LL.M will be preferred.
• Preference will be given to such candidates having in-depth experience of managing a large number of employees, labor unions, district or provincial departments, and good command over multi-administrative matters.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong leadership, and decision-making skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate shall have minimum (07) years of human resource-related experience with public 1 Private 1 Government organizations and preference will be given to the candidate having working experience in Public Sector Company.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: Jobs in Multan Waste Management May 2021

• 16 years qualification in Business Administration, in Supply Chain I Finance/ Contract Management.
• Preference will be given to such candidates having expertise in managing procurement activities, contract management, or administration including solicitation preparation and contract negotiations.
• The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the PPRA rules, Companies Ordinance 1984, Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance Rules), 2013, PEC-by laws and contractual practices, FIDIC contract documents. The candidate must have the ability to develop and implement guidelines and operating processes.
• Minimum (07) years of experience in procurement, contracts, supply chain management with public I Private I Government organizations and preference will be given to the candidate having working experience in Public Sector Company.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE : Jobs in Multan Waste Management May 2021

• Minimum 16 (sixteen) years of education in Business Administration from HEC recognized University.
• Minimum 04 years of experience in a similar role and having expertise in coordinating pnyamtinent activities, contract administration including solicitation preparation and contract negotiations.
• The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the PPRA rules, PEC-by laws and contractual practices, FIDIC contractual practices, and Contract Act 1872.
• The candidate must have the ability to draft, negotiate and manage procurement processes.
