Job Duties
Trainee Credit Officers (Internship leading to Job subject to Performance)
Job Purpose:
The role’s purpose is to complete 3 months of job training in preparation to become a part of the business development workforce of the bank. This job requires fieldwork.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Microfinance sector/industry;
- Knowledge of Social mobilization skills to motivate the communities for FINCA loaning products;
- To identify and communicate with satisfied loan clients in the fieldwork area;
- Having knowledge of branch portfolio in different lending methods to initiate and process the loans in the field accordingly;
- To observe and learn how to initiate the loans on the basis of knowledge of lending methodologies such as individual & Group lending;
- To review and analyze the lending files for the suitability of EMI Loan & Bullet Loan.
