Posts Details :

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBBS with post-graduate degree in Public Health / Medicine / Hospital Administration / Hospital Management / Business Administration / Public Administration / Public Policy / Management Sciences from PMC / HEC recognized University / Institute
  • Ph.D. and foreign degrees/diplomas will be an added advantage.


  • Minimum overall 15 years work experience is required out of which seven (07) years work experience in Hospital Administration or Hospital Management is mandatory.
  • Minimum three (3) years work experience at senior management level as CEO / MD / COO / MS / Head of organization in a reputed public / private organization.
  • Experience in the Public sector will be an added advantage.

Salary :

  • Market Competitive Remuneration will be offered

Age Limit:

Not more than 62 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Important Instructions:

Applicants for the post of CEO must submit a duly filled-in application form as prescribed in the SECP Public Sector Companies (Appointment of CEO) Guidelines 2015 and must fulfill the Fit and Proper criteria of SECP Guidelines 2015.

Chief Financial Officer CFO:

Qualification & Experience

  • A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least seven years of relevant post-qualification experience in reputed national/international organizations.
  • Minimum been (3) years experience as CFO will be required

General Instructions: 

  1. Only the suitable candidates will be employed on merit and the decision of the Government will be final.

  11. The number of posts may be increased/ decreased according to the requirement
