Name of Post: Stenographer (BS-16). 

Qualification:

• Second class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree from a University recognized by HEC.
• A minimum speed of 100/50 w.p.m. in shorthand/ typing respectively.
• Must be computer literate.

Experience:

A retired Stenographer from the Courts, Tribunal, or from any other judicial or quasi-judicial body having sufficient knowledge, competency, and expertise of writing orders and judgments, etc.

Maximum Age Limit:

62 years on the closing date of advertisement.

Place of Posting: 

ECP Secretariat, Islamabad.

01 (On contract basis for a period of two years further extendable on the basis of performance)

Important Note:

1. The attested copy of CNIC must be attached with the application form.
2. Applicants are required to apply through ECP’s Online Recruitment System by visiting the link i.e. www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk till 6th July 2021.
3. Applicants who applied through the Online Recruitment System are also required to submit their applications in hard form, failing which candidates will fall in the ineligible list.
4. Hard copies of their applications in the following prescribed format along with attested photocopies of CNIC, Domicile Certificate, and other Educational Credentials along with experience certificates should reach through P.O Box No.1418 till 6th July 2021.
5. Applications after the cutoff date will not be entertained. [Only shortlisted candidates meeting the qualifications/experience will be called for test/interview
6. No TA/DA will be admissible.
7. Applications submitted by any other means will not be entertained.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and may also be required to appear for a written test.
9. Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a copy of HEC attested degrees, or other relevant accredited body attested credentials.
10. In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC will be required.
