5). Is this State Bank of Pakistan’s Employment? Is it a permanent job?
This is project-based hiring for National Financial Literacy Program for Youth (NFLP-Y). It is a project of the National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF). This is a one (01) year contractual project-based position, whereas the contract is extendable up to the duration of the project subject to satisfactory performance. NIBAF is a subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan but this hiring/recruitment is not for the State Bank of Pakistan.
6). Does this position provide any medical or fringe benefits?
This position does not cover any benefits such as medical allowance or any other
benefits. Standard TA/DA will be given when staff will be required to travel out of the base station for official business.
7). Will I be provided with any relocation allowance, in case of selection?
No relocation allowance will be provided on hiring.
8). Where will the interview be conducted?
The interviews will be conducted at NIBAF Islamabad for Islamabad based position.
