MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS: Professor Jobs at University

  1. The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website of the University of Mianwali; www.umw.edu.pk
  2. An appointment other than faculty position shall be made amongst the candidates domiciled in the Punjab province.
  3. Only short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  4. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairman/Higher Education Commission.
  5. Candidates for Serial No. 1 and 2 positions are required to fill the application form in triplicate (hard and soft in DVD), along with a complete CV, attested copies of testimonials, and two most recent passport size photographs with blue background (affixed on each application), should reach the office of the Registrar, UMW on or before the due date.
  6. The application must be accompanied by the original Bank Draft of the amount Rs. 4000/- for BS-20 to BS-21 and Rs. 3000/- for BS-17 to BS-19 as processing fee (non-refundable) drawn in favor of the Treasurer, University of Mianwali.
  7. Candidates who want to apply for more than one post are required to submit separate and complete applications along with separate Bank Drafts of the required amount.
  8. Candidates already employed in any Government/Semi-Government Department or autonomous body must apply through the proper channel by the due date; otherwise, their application shall not be entertained.
  9. Incomplete application in any respect or application received after the due date will not be entertained.
  10. Applicants should mention the category of quota, as per the Government of the Punjab policy rules, on the application forms and forward each application separately.
  11. Applications on the prescribed form complete in all respect along with necessary documents must reach the office of the Registrar on or before 23rd August 2021.
  12. Age relaxation will be given as per the Government of Punjab rules.
  13. University reserves the right to fill any position/withhold appointment against any advertised position or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  14. University may increase or decrease the number of the post(s) at any time without prior intimation.
  15. The decision of the university shall remain binding in all cases.
