Eligibility Criteria
The incumbent applying for the captioned assignment must meet the following criteria:
1. Qualification: Should have minimum qualification graduation or equivalent Degree in the discipline of banking, finance, economics Business administration and related fields. Candidates having experience of Rural Micro-Finance /Agri. Financing shall be preferred.
2. Experience: Must be a career bank having at least 5 year of experience at senior level as EVP and above or equivalent i.e. Group Head of Financial / Business Line in a Bank and possess expertise and skill set to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently.
3. Besides the candidates should be able to pass Fit & Proper Test circulated Test circulated by State Bank of Pakistan http://www.sbp_org.pk/bprd/2007/Encl-FPT-C4.pdf
4. Age Limit: Minimum=40 years, Maximum=65 years.
5. Pay Package: As per Management Position Salary Package Negotiable depending upon the qualification & experience of the person selected.
