All This is with reference to the advertisement published in Daily Express on April 17, 2021

• As per the decision of the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, all those candidates who have successfully applied for the post of Nutritionist / Dietitian (8S-17) within the due date are required to qualify for a written test to be held on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at 10:00 AM at the Examination Halls, University of Health Sciences, Khayban-Jamia Punjab, Lahore.
• The written test shall comprise 100 subjects-specific Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The time allowed for the test shall be 2 hours.
• All those candidates who have applied at The Children’s Hospital, Lahore earlier are advised to provide a pay order of Rs.1000- (non. refundable) to be issued in the name of “Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore” on account of written test fee.
• These pay orders are being received at the reception counter in Admin Block of The Children’s Hospital & Institute of Child Health, Lahore.
• The last date for submission of the fee is July 02, 2021.
• The candidates can download their Admittance Cards/Roll Number Slips from the UHS website (https://forms.uhs.edu.pk/admittancecard/Nuttest.php) with effect from July 05. 2021.
• Candidates shall bring these Admittance Cards/Roll Number Slips and original CHIC at the center on the test day i.e. Sunday, July 11, 2021, at 10:00 AM.
  The rest of the conditions shall remain the same as given in the above-referred advertisement.
