(1) GENERAL MANAGER (REVENUE & COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS)
Job Profile:
He will be responsible for the Development Implementation and Monitoring of the Policies and SOPs for the commercial performance of DISCOs. He shall be reporting on the corrective actions by companies after reviewing of actual performance vis-a-vis targets of corporatized entities, by bringing it to the notice of Management.
Qualification And Experience:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering along with Masters in Engineering or Business Administration from any University accredited/recognized by HEC. The candidate must possess a minimum of 20 years experience in Public Sector Power Entities with at least 3 years experience at senior management positions, i.e. next to Head of Organization.

(2) GENERAL MANAGER (TECHNICAL SERVICES)
Job Profile:
He shall be responsible for the development, revision, and updating, standards and specifications of power distribution system equipment in line with international standards. Introduction of new/emergent technologies through vigorous R&D. Systematic management of inspection and testing of distribution system material as per standard specifications to ensure the quality of projects. Coordination and monitoring of technical affairs of DISCOS. Development of uniform SOPs for efficient operation of the power systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering along with Masters in Engineering or Business Administration from any University accredited/recognized by HEC. The candidate must possess a minimum of 20 years experience in Public Sector Power Entities with at least 3 years experience at senior management positions, i.e. next to Head of Organization.

(3) GENERAL MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCES)
Job Profile:
General Manager (HR) strait is responsible to formulate Human Resource Policies, developing and reviewing organizational structures, planning & implementing Human Resource requirements, developing Performance Management & Appraisal Policies and Systems, Reviewing the Recruitment & Selection processes and standards, Training, and Development Policies, revising compensation structures, formulating incentive and motivational policies, governance policies, development of HR Manuals, development of Performance Contracts, coordination with Entities on HR issues.
Qualification. & Experience:
Candidate must possess Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Public Administration / Management/ Human Resources from University to recognize/accredited by HEC. The candidate must possess at least 20 years progressive experience in Public Sector Power Entities with at least 5 years experience at senior management positions, i.e. next to Head of Organization.

(4) STAFF OFFICER/EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO MANAGING DIRECTOR PEPCO
Job Profile.
He will be responsible to handle all the matters for the effective functioning of the office of Managing Director PEPCO, for efficient and effective communication with all stakeholders in Power Sector, preparations of presentations, and keeping the record both confidential and updated in all respects.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master Degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/Management or equivalent from Universities recognized/accredited by HEC. Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency in 5, including proficiency of MS Office. The candidate should have at least 10 years experience of working with senior management positions in Public Sector Power Entities as PS or Staff Officer.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Age: The candidates must not be more than 62 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement.
Remunerations: Negotiable market-based remuneration including perks and privileges.
Tenure: The initial contract shall be for a period of three (3) years extendable subject to performance.
