Post No.1 Director Administration (PEC-19) (Regular)

Qualification :

  1. Master’s Degree in Management/ Administrative Sciences/ Public Policy/ MPA/ MBA (HR, Management) /BS Management Sciences/ BBA (Hons.) or
  2. Relevant (min. 16 years of education) from the university/institute recognized by HEC. Only one 2nd division in an academic career will be acceptable; however, the final/terminal degree must be obtained in 1″ division.

Experience :

  • Minimum 12 years relevant post qualification experience including 07 years in positions equivalent to BPS-18 (in case of the public sector) or
  • relevant experience in a middle-level position in a private sector organization of repute. The person shall be experienced in areas of organizational/ administrative policies and internal quality procedures. Background knowledge of dealing with quality procedural audits, risk management, procurement, tender processes, PPRA rules, fleet management, inventory and assets management, quality reporting, and analysis will be preferred. Proficiency in operations of an ERP system, conversant with MIS, MS Office, and relevant management training is also required. Knowledge of the PEC Act & Bye-laws will be an added advantage. The person should have good organizational and presentation skills with a pleasant personality.

Post No.2: Director HRM (PEC-19) (Regular) 

Qualificaitons :

  1. Master’s Degree in Management/ Administrative Sciences/ Public Policy/ MPA/ MBA(HR, Management) /BS Management Sciences/ BBA (Hons) or
  2. Relevant (min. 16 years of education) from an institute recognized by HEC. Only one 2nd division in an academic career will be acceptable; however, the final/terminal degree must be obtained in the 1st division.

Experience :

  • Minimum 12 years relevant post qualification experience including 07 years in positions equivalent to BPS-18 (in case of the public sector) or
  • relevant experience in a middle-level position in a private sector organization of repute. The person shall be experienced in areas of organizational/ administrative policies and internal quality procedures. Background knowledge of dealing with quality procedural audits, risk management, management of HR Operations, legal matters, Esta-Code, reporting, and analysis will be preferred. Proficiency in operations of an ERP system, conversant with MIS, MS Office, and relevant Management training is also required. Knowledge of the PEC Act & Byelaws will be an added advantage. The person should have good organizational and presentation skills with a pleasant personality.

Post No.3 Director Finance & Accounts (PEC-19) (Regular) 

Qualifcaions :

  1. Chartered Accountant (CA), ACMA, Master’s Degree in Finance, MBA (Finance/Accounting) or
  2. A minimum of 16 years of relevant qualification in the field of accounting / Finance recognized by HEC. Only one 2d division in an academic career will be acceptable; however, the final/terminal degree must be obtained in 1st division. Preference will be given to the candidate possessing CA/ACMA qualification.

Experience :

  • Minimum 12 years post qualification experience in relevant positions (BPS-17 and above) including 07 years of experience in a managerial position equivalent to BPS-18 (in case of the public sector) or
  • middle-level relevant position in the private sector of repute. Experience required may be relaxed for CA/ACMA qualification as per Government rules/policy/practice. The person shall have experience in the areas of financial management, policies & procedures, and reasonable exposure to planning and accounting processes. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of dealing with internal/external audits, compliance requirements, tax & commercial laws, cash management & financial control, operating Financial Information Systems (FIS), procurement/tender processes, quality reporting, and analysis is required. Proficiency in operations of an ERP system, MS Office, understanding of relevant Accounting Standards (IAS), and technical/ management training will be an added advantage.
