• Interested candidates may download the Application Form from the University website i.e., www.uo.edu,pk.
• The last date for the submission of applications for the positions of Lecturers and Assistant Professors is February 4, 2022, and for the positions of Associate Professor, the last date is 21 February. 2022.
• Applicants are advised to read all terms and conditions/instructions of the advertisement as well as ‘important instructions to candidates’- given on the University of Okara website i.e. www.uo.edu.pk carefully in order to submit their applications to be completed in all respects. The onus responsibility for the correctness of the data given in the Application Form will rest solely on the candidates.
• Those already in the Government / Semi-Government services or autonomous bodies will be required to send their applications through the proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate’ issued by their competent authority, at the time of submission of application.
• The candidates applying for the post of Associate Professor under BS/TTS should submit six (6) copies of each application separately along with six 16) degrees/complete sets of testimonials/research work/publications/photographs (lx II/certificate of any distinction etc., on the prescribed application form.
• The candidates applying for the post of Assistant Professor under BS/TTS and Lecture under BS should submit three (3) copies of each application separately along with three (3) dossiers/complete sets of testimonials/research work/publications/photographs (WI/certificate of any distinction etc., on the prescribed application form
• Only eligible / short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
• Attach a paid bank draft (NTN No. 90215346) in favor of *Treasurer University of Mara. Renala Khurd. or deposit in Ha (Treasurer Payment A/C No. 01527913908901) of University of °kart of Rs. 3,000/. (for BPS.19 & above), Rs. 2.500/ (for BPS-18) as the Application Processing Fee for each application. Candidates are required to send their applications in hard form.
• No TA / DA will be admissible for appearing in the Test / Interview.
• The competent authority may, by general or special order, grant age relaxation under rules.
• Foreign degree-holders must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
• The quota for disabled persons. minorities and women will be observed as per the policy of the Government circulated from time to time.
• The university reserves the right to withdraw any post or its all advertisement or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, which will not be challengeable in any court of law.
• The University may increase or decrease the number of positions as per its requirement and availability of budget.

• The Schedule of Interviews/tests for the said posts will be uploaded on the website of the University.
