Kohsar University Murree announced the latest Jobs on June 26, 2021. Applications are invited from the Pakistani Nationals for the following posts on a contract basis (extendable on satisfactory performance. Interested candidates must fulfill the criteria to apply for these positions.

Post Details :

Qualifications & Experience for Post of Registrar (BS-20) :

(i) Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher education commission; and
(ii) Eight years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a Public or Private institute or University recognized by the Higher Education Commission or Public Sector Organization.
OR
(iii) MS or M.Phil. 20 Division in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission; and
(iv) Ten years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a Public or Private institute or University recognized by the Higher Education Commission or Public Sector Organization.
OR
(i) Master’s Degree or BS (2nd Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission; and
(ii) Twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a Public or Private institute or University recognized by the Higher Education Commission or Public Sector Organization.

Qualifications & Experience for Post of Treasurer (BS-20) :

(i) Ph.D. in Finance or Commerce or Accounting or Auditing or Economics or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher education commission: and
(ii) Eight years post qualification relevant experience.
OR
(i) MS or M.Phil. (2nd Division) in Finance or Commerce or Accounting or Auditing or Economics or equivalent from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher education commission; and
(ii) Ten years post qualification relevant experience.
OR
(ii) MBA (Finance) or M.Com or ACCA or ACMA or M.Sc. in (Economics) 20 division or equivalent from an institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission: and
(ii) 12 years post qualification relevant experience.

Qualifications & Experience for Post of Controller of Examinations (BS-20) :

(i) Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher education commission; and
(ii) Eight years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a Public or Private institute or University recognized by the Higher Education Commission or Public Sector Organization.
OR
(i) MS or M.Phil. 2nd Division in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission: and
(ii) Ten years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a Public or Private institute or University recognized by the Higher Education Commission or Public Sector Organization.
OR
(i) Master’s Degree or BS (20 Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by Higher Education Commission: and (ii) Twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a Public or Private institute or University recognized by the Higher Education Commission or Public Sector Organization.

General Instructions: 

1. Applications are required to apply against the above-mentioned posts on the plain papers along with three copies of CV and all attested photocopies of academic transcripts/experience certificates if any. The applications should reach the office of the Registrar of the University within two weeks from the date of advertisement during office hours.
2. The application must reach through Post/courier. The by-hand submission shall not be entertained.
3. Applicants must submit a separate application form for each post.
4. Candidates for the above positions are required to fill the application form in MS Word and submit three copies of the application along with a complete CV and attested copies of testimonials.
5. Two most recent passport-size photographs should be affixed on each application.
6. Candidates must meet the minimum and maximum age limit on the closing date of application submission.
7. Only Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible.
8. Applications must be accompanied with a Demand Draft /Pay Order of Rs. 3000/- as processing fee (non-refundable for each vacancy) in favor of Treasure? Kohsar University Murree
9. Candidates already in service of a Government /Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must apply through the proper channel.
10. Applications received after the last date shall not be entertained.
11. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
12. Applications received on or before 03:OO PM on the last date of submission of application shall only be entertained.
13. The name of the post applied must be written on the top right corner of the envelope.
14. By hand applications are not acceptable.
15. The University reserves the right not to fill or withdraw any post or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
16. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
17. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
