جیلوں کیلئے 1037  اسامیوں پر بھرتی شروع، وزیراعلی نے 4930 وارڈن منظوری دیدی

لاہور (نیوز رپورٹر)  وزیراعلیٰ  عثمان بزدار نے جیل نظام میں اصلاحات کیلئے اہم اقدامات کئے ہیں۔ عثمان بزدار کی خصوصی ہدایت پر جیلوں کے لئے 1037عملے کی بھرتی کا آغاز کر دیا گیا ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے 4930 وارڈن کی بھرتی کی اصولی منظوری دے دی ہے اور جیلوں میں ڈاکٹرز اور پیرا میڈیکل سٹاف کی خالی آسامیاں پر کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ  نے محکمہ جیل خانہ جات میں 44ماہر نفسیات کی بھرتی مکمل ہونے پر اطمینان کا اظہار کیا ہے اور پریزن پیکیج کو جلد از جلد حتمی شکل دینے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ  کی خصوصی ہدایت پر جیل ملازمین کے سروس سٹرکچر کو بہتر بنانے کا اصولی فیصلہ کر لیا گیا ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار نے پنجاب پروبیشن اینڈ پیرول ایکٹ میں قابل عمل ترامیم کرنے کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ قیدیوں کو معیاری کھانا مہیا کرنے کیلئے درکار بجٹ کی فراہمی یقینی بنائی جائے۔ قیدیوں پر تشدد اورغیر انسانی سلوک کے خاتمے کیلئے قابل عمل سفارشات مرتب کی جا ئیں اور جیلوں میں کیبل نیٹ ورکنگ جلد مکمل کی جائے۔ عثمان بزدارکی زیرصدارت جیل نظام میں اصلاحات کے لئے اجلاس میں  پریزن پیکیج کے خدوخال کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔ عثمان بزدار سے  وائس چیئرپرسن اوورسیز پاکستانیز کمیشن پنجاب سید طارق محمودالحسن نے ملاقات کی جس میں اوورسیز پاکستانیز کمیشن پنجاب کے امور پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔ وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدارنے بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کے مسائل ترجیحی بنیادوں پر حل کرنے کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بیرون ملک بسنے والے پاکستان کے سفیر ہیں اور بیرون ملک بسنے والے پاکستانیوں کا معیشت کی مضبوطی میں اہم کردار ہے۔ علاوہ ازیں  عثمان بزدار نے کہا ہے کہ صوبہ بھر میں دیہی مرکز مال کی تعداد 1052 تک بڑھا دی گئی ہے جبکہ رواں مالی برس دیہی مرکز مال کی تعداد 8 ہزار تک بڑھا دی جائے گی۔ دیہی مرکز مال کی تعداد بڑھنے سے شہریوں کو ان کی دہلیز پر اراضی ریکارڈ تک آسان رسائی حاصل ہوگی۔ وزیراعلیٰنے ڈیجیٹل لینڈ ریکارڈ سروس کا دائرہ کار مزید وسیع کرنے کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وراثتی سرٹیفکیٹ کا بھی دیہی مرکز مال سے جلد اجراء کیا جائے گا۔ انہوں نے ریونیو سے متعلقہ زیر التواء کیسوں کو جلد از جلد نمٹانے کی ہدایت بھی کی۔  نمبرداری سسٹم کو نئے تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ کرتے ہوئے فعال کیا جائے گا۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے نمبر دار کنونشن کے جلد انعقاد کی ہدایت کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سٹیمپ پیپرز کا کاروبار کرنے والوں کیلئے سمارٹ کارڈ متعارف کرا دیئے گئے ہیں۔ اجلاس میں بورڈ آف ریونیو میں جاری اصلاحات پر پیش رفت کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔  عثمان بزدار نے اوورسیز پاکستانیز کمیشن پنجاب کا دورہ کیا اور اوورسیز پاکستانیز کمشن پنجاب کی ایپ 7/24 ہیلپ لائن اور مرکز مال کا افتتاح کیا۔ وزیراعلیٰ  نے او پی سی پنجاب میں قائم نادرا سنٹر کا بھی وزٹ کیا۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا کہ بیرون ملک مقیم  پاکستانی اب او پی سی پنجاب سے اراضی دستاویزات حاصل کر سکیں گے۔ اراضی ریکارڈ تک رسائی سے اوورسیز پاکستانیوں کو  بے پناہ سہولت ملے گی۔ بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کے مسائل کے حل میں کوئی رکاوٹ برداشت نہیں کروں گا۔ وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار نے علیل پپو سائیں ڈھولچی کے فری  علاج معالجے کا اعلان کیا ہے
