- The Contract will be for one (01) year (renewable on the basis of a satisfactory performance).
- As the BOM-created posts are purely temporary arrangements, the selected candidates who will be recruited against BOM-created posts have neither any right of regularization nor can approach any legal forum for their regularization.
- The Institution is committed to the Govt. instructions of maintaining the compulsory quotas @ 15% for women, 5% for minority, 3% for disable.
