(Qualification & Eligibility Criteria)
1. Project Director (Director)
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Telecom Engineering / Project Management/ Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; Minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience for having 16 Years Education and eight (08) years of post-qualification experience for those having 18 years or plus education. The incumbent must have experience of management level of leading software development projects as well as organization-wide MIS operation management. Minimum 05 years of experience in holding role at an administrative and senior managerial level, the experience of the public sector will be considered plus point.
2. Finance Manager (Joint Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Commerce, Business Administration, CA, ACCA or equivalent from HEC recognized University; Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in any Public / Private Sector for having 16 Years Education and six (06) years of postqualification experience for those having 18 years or plus education. The incumbent must have 05 years of experience in managing Finance & Account Matters of PSDP Projects.
3. Project Coordinator:
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) from HEC recognized University; Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience for having 16 Years Education and six (06) years of postqualification experience for those having 18 years or plus education. The incumbent must have 05 years experience of in project coordination and support of rolling out in any Public or Private Sect.
4. Implementation Managers (Joint Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Telecom Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience for having 16 Years Education and six (06) years of post-qualification experience for those having 18 years or plus education. The incumbent must have 06 years experience of implementation and support of rolling out of any Public Sector Project while deputed with any Public Sector or Private Sector.
5. Web Application Developer (Deputy Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; Minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience for having 16 Years education and four (04) years of post-qualification experience for those having 18 years or plus education. The incumbent must have experience of web development in different well-known and latest technologies including but not limited to .Net, PHP, Laravel, React Native, JQuery, JavaScript, etc, Knowhow of Databases in My SQL, SQL Server, or Oracle will be a plus point.
6. Cyber Security Expert (Deputy Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; At least, five (05) years of post-qualification experience as safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems. Having experience in defining access privileges, control structures, and resources can recognize problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations. Can implement security improvements by assessing the current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
7. Database Administrator (Deputy Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; Minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience for having 16 years education and four (04) years of post-qualification experience for those having 18 years or plus education. The incumbent must have experience on My SQL, SQL Server or oracle. Knowhow of managing complex databases with backend queries is mandatory.
8. Mobile Application Developer (Deputy Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; Minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience for having 16 Years Education and four (04) years of post-qualification experience for those having 18 years or plus education. The incumbent must have experience of developing apps in Android or IOS.
9. Network Administrator (Deputy Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master’s Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; At least, five (05) years post qualifications experience in network management and MIS System operation and configuration.
10. System Administrator (Deputy Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelor / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science /Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; At least, five (05) years post qualifications experience in Hardware/System administration/ operation and configuration;
11. Audio/Video Engineer (Deputy Director):
Qualifications/ Experience: B.Sc. Engineering Degree (16 Years) in Electrical /Electronics/ Mechatronics or equivalent or above from HEC recognized university; At least five (05) years of experience in Media TV Channel, including at least two (02) years experience as Broadcast Engineer. Having the expertise in Installation, Integration & Commissioning of a studio, control rooms & uplinks. Having experience of Configuration of Video Switcher, Audio Mixer, Non-Liner Editing, Media Asset Management System, Digital Archive, Digital Head End and IPTV System, Playout Automation System, RTG Graphics and CG Graphics, etc.
12. Trainer/Master Trainer (Deputy Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; Minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience for having 16 Years Education and four (04) years of post-qualification experience for those having 18 years or plus education. The incumbent must have experience in delivering training and presentations to clients and internal teams on digital platforms.
13. Assistant Network Administrator (Assistant Director):
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelors / Master Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized University; At least, three (03) years post qualifications experience in network management and MIS System operation and configuration.
14. Technicians (LAN, Hardware)
Second Class or Grade “C” DAE Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Hardware or any equivalent or Bachelor’s Degree (14 years); At least, five (05) years of post-qualification experience in network management.
15. Office Assistant:
Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree (14 years); At least, two (02) years of post-qualification experience of relevant posts and in-depth knowledge of the MS Office.
16. Data Entry Operator:
Second Class or Grade “C” Intermediate / Diploma of Associate Engineering; At least, one year (01) year of experience.
