Eligibility Criteria :

Applicants / Candidates should have 2nd Class Bechlor degree, and skills required by the department.

General Term and Conditions:

• Recruitment shall be carried out in accordance with the policy provided by Gov’t of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Interview calls letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates only, No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/ Interview.
• Shortlisting will be based on the written test conducted by ETEA and the merit list of short-listed candidates shall be prepared as per educational qualification and experience as per the recruitment policy of the KPK Government.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
• Age, Qualification & Experience will be counted from the last date of the advertisement.
• Relaxation in age is admissible as per the existing Govt. Rules.
• The candidate working in Government/ Semi-Government Autonomous Bodies/ Corporations should send their applications through the proper channels.
• Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
• In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalent certificate from HEC must be provided. (10). The Competent authority reserves the right not to fill any or fill more or less than the advertised posts.
• The qualification & age possessed only on the closing date of the advertisement shall be taken into consideration.

HOW TO APPLY

• Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pis and apply for the posts online.
• After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
• Take a printout of the generated UBL deposit slip & deposit Rs. 500/-as test fee (nonrefundable) in any branch of UBL on that prescribed printed deposit slip of UBL.
• After successful fee submission. please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
• Please do not send any documents to ETEA; the Provision of documents/testimonials, with the online application, will not be required at the time of submission of forms/ before the test. Copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the short-listed candidates only in the screening test as and when required by ETEA/appointing authority for scrutiny purposes after the screening test.
• A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
• Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 11-05-2022.
• The last date for submission of the online application is 25-05-2022.
• Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to not give ported/converted mobile numbers.
• Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
• No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening 8 tests through postal/courier means.

NOTE /IMPORTANT:

• The post mentioned at Serial # 02 i.e. Computer Operator is only meant for Computerization of Land Record in Service Delivery Centers of District D.I.Khan.
• Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of the online application.
• Read the instructions thoroughly before filling out the online application form.
• ETEA shall verify the deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected.
• Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified.
• Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.
• Keep the hank printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
• Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling out the online application form, will not be rejected only. but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
