Advertise and Closing Date :

• 1) Interested candidates should appear for Walk-in-Interview along with their latest resume, 3 recent photographs original educational/relevant documents on 8th July 2021 (Thursday).10:00 Hrs. No candidate shall be allowed to appear in an interview after 16:00 Hrs.
• 2) Attested copies of testimonials will be provided by the short-listed candidates at the time of screening and interview. Original and verified testimonials shall also be presented. If the said documents are found fake or provision of wrong information/ biodata at any stage, legal action shall be taken accordingly.
• 3) Only short-listed candidates fulfilling the required criteria and conditions, mentioned at Sr.#1 & 2) will be eligible for interview after an initial screening of the documents, local based candidates shall be preferred.
• 4) No written test will be conducted. Selection will be made as per Government Rules.
• 5) Age relaxation up to 5 years is admissible as per Government rules.
• 6) The advertisement is also available on the official website of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal i.e www.pbm.gov.pk
• 7) The aforementioned appointment is for the short term, therefore, the successful candidate doesn’t confer the right to regularization..
• 8) The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel this recruitment process at any stage or increase/decrease the number of posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
• 9) The decision of the Competent Authority may be treated as FINAL which cannot be challenged in any court of law.
• 10) List of successful candidates shall be placed at the Notice Board and PBM Website.
• 11) No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
• The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process.
• The name of the post applied must be written on the top of the envelope.
• Candidates already in service of the government/autonomous bodies/corporations must apply through the proper channel.
• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
